If you already have plans for your addition, remodel or new home, this is how we can work with you and your architect to develop a bid for your project:

1. Meet with your architect: Ask your architect to contact us and set up a meeting at which time we will clarify your objectives and requirements, and thoroughly understand your architect’s vision for the project. Or provide us the name of your architect and we will be happy to contact him/her. Prior to the meeting we study the plans and develop a list of questions.
2. Develop bid: We will develop a bid and construction schedule based on input from your architect. The bid typically takes 2 - 4 weeks to develop.
3. Present bid: We will present the bid to you and your architect together so we can explain the many aspects of the project answer questions and discuss a start date.
4. Secure permits: Your architect may have already applied for the necessary permits. We are also glad to help secure them.
